Joel Ripmaster has been selling homes in Boulder, Colorado since 1975.
He came to Boulder in the 1960s and graduated from the University of Colorado in 1968, where he played varsity football. In 1977 he founded Colorado Landmark, Realtors, and led it independently for 45 years. By 2022 the firm had grown to more than 55 brokers, with offices in Boulder, Louisville and Niwot.
